Hi I’m Samara

Home for nearly 10 years was living high up in the mountains of Austria in the ski resort St Anton. We partied and skied lots and somehow had 2 kids, whilst running a thriving massage, physio and yoga company www.alpinesportsphysio.com.

Summer 2024 we relocated our family back to our UK roots, to beautiful Dorset. Living close to the coast, rivers and forest was our dream, it was then I started Salt Yoga.

Why practise with me?

In addition to Yoga Teacher Training I have a Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage which means my functional movement knowledge keeps you safe and moving in an effective way.
