Give me a ticket to joyful connection oink oink! 2 hours of yoga at Studland Village Hall with the sprinkling of giggles and spicy strengthening moves you all enjoy with your Salt Yoga sessions, and of course delicious restorative chill vibes and sound journey meditation to fully re-calibrate. Yummy snacks, tea, and connection before heading to Knoll Beach for sauna and sea shenanigans, then …. drum roll, lunch at The Pig, coz we all love a lil boujeeness (lunch cost not included)
